Useless Stuff

Have to give credit for Sony for their regular updates of the Nex series. First there was FW2 which fixed the battery issue, then the much awaited FW3 which gave the ability to customize buttons and now we get a whole bunch of picture filters and “peaking” function with FW4.   Already having a lot of fun with the creative styles, here are some samples:   Selective color – really fun feature indeed.     Yep, selective color is definitely my favorite amongst the styles.     More selective color   Using peaking     Ishad a great test subject as always   Nostalgic or Old Style I think     And some more selective color to finish things off….   Another year comes to an end.  Same as every year, this one seemed to end even faster than the last.  Will create a best of 2010 photos sometime later, but here are just some of my many favorites of the year:     NO cars, no jams, Uttara can be a great place to walk around in on special days such as this…..   Ahh, the gritty b/w look courtesy of CS5.  Pabna 2010.     Little Ilano…..   Although taken in b/w, this was also tweaked in CS5.  Great shot of Pepper.   Happy Ma and Baba on Radiv’s Graduation day.   Another pic from Rad’s graduation day.   Bhutan, 2010. Great trip, and was a great beginning to the year as well.

Nails - big and small.  Here's ilano getting his first nail cut.....

Another keeper, love this photo! Taken on 25 July, 2010.  Click for a bigger view.

Loving it in the sun! Taken on 25 June, 2010.  (All of 5 days old....)

On 20th of June, 2010, I became an uncle for the second time.  Here are some of the pictures of him in the first few days. Here is one of him with Kaniz.  He needed a lot of sun, so these were taken on the roof which he really enjoyed.
