Why I love Photoshop – Getting Rid of Noise
Below photo was taken with a Sanyo digicam that I had, which was unbelievably noisy even at ISO 100 and below was taken with ISO 178. Thanks to photoshop, it took only a few seconds to get rid of the noise and considerably brighten the photo and make it perfectly useable for web viewing. There was a lot of ugly noise everywhere, in the shadows, my shirt (and there still is but not objectionable) and the whole picture was dark and muddy, but as you can see, nothing that can’t be fixed.

Let me reiterate once again, I love good music videos. Simply love them. Always have, always will. Bjork a “rare and unusual” person, to borrow a phrase from Beetlejuice, has provided the world with some of the more uncommon music videos ever seen. Michel Gondry has been responsible for a number of them (the man behind several Chemical Brothers videos). The video for “All is full of love” is simply amazing. Even after all these years (released in 1999), the video retains the same ability to awe the viewer with stunning visuals and the simplicity with which it is shown. No other video of Bjork’s in my opinion so perfectly encapsulates her unique vocal talents. The video and song match each other perfectly creating a harmony that is often missing in today’s videos.
